How to reach us
Telegram
Message @VeriqlBot. Anything that is not a token address reaches a human, and this is the fastest route.
[email protected]. Best for anything with detail: an API key, an invoice, a verdict you think we got wrong.
Disputing a verdict
This is the one we treat as urgent. If you own a token or contract and believe a Veriql verdict is wrong, send the contract address, the chain, and which specific reading you think we got wrong. Vague disagreement is hard to act on; a named measurement is easy to re-check.
We will re-run the check against live chain data. If we were wrong, we correct it and say so on the record, because the track record is worth nothing if it only contains our successes. If we were right, we will show you the readings behind the score so you can disagree with the evidence rather than the number. What we will not do is quietly adjust a score without saying it changed.
Press and research
Happy to answer questions on the record, including about our own mistakes. The full scoring method is published at /methodology and the rules that constrain what we publish are at /editorial-policy, so both are quotable without asking. For a live incident, say so in the first line and it goes to the top of the queue.
Reporting a scam address
Drain Watch takes crowdsourced reports, and every one is reviewed by a human before it can be published: an address is never auto-listed, because a wrong listing is an accusation against whoever holds that address. Use the report form on the Drain Watch page rather than this one, so the chain and category arrive in a structured shape.
Security problems with Veriql itself
If you have found a vulnerability in this site, the API, or the browser extension, report it privately first and give us a reasonable window to fix it. We will credit you unless you prefer otherwise. Do not test against other people’s wallets or addresses.
What we cannot help with
We are read-only and non-custodial: we never hold funds, never have access to any wallet, and cannot reverse a transaction, unfreeze a token, or recover stolen crypto. If your funds have already moved, the honest answer is that no tool on this site can retrieve them, and anybody who tells you otherwise for a fee is running the second scam. What we can do is show you which approvals are still live on the wallet so the bleeding stops: start with a wallet scan.
If a stablecoin transfer is failing, that is usually an issuer freeze rather than a wallet problem, and the freeze checker answers it in ten seconds without contacting anybody.
